"Barlavento" is a region in the Algarve, South Portugal and one of the sunniest regions in Europe. We are proud of our organic and sustainable Aloe Vera farming in this region. Barlavento is developed keeping in mind the high intensity of sun in the Algarve.

Being a rich source of vitamins C and E, Aloe Vera helps in preventing wrinklesand suppressing early aging.

Applying Aloe Vera on minor burns or cuts can provide relief in no time. Actually, it is because the compounds in Aloe Vera, aloin, and anthraquinones ease the pain and promote healing.

Aloe Vera has also been shown to retard the growth and activity of the acne-causing bacteria, P. acnes, and eventually promote clear skin.

Rice bran oil is rich in protein and vitamin-rich rice bran oil is obtained from the fat and protein extracted from the dehulling of the natural brown rice.
